Studio Proba
Founded in 2013 by Alex Proba, Studio Proba is a multidisciplinary design studio based in New York, specializing in product, graphic, environmental, and material design.
Alex is a versatile designer and art director from Lüdenscheid, Germany. She studied graphic and spatial design at the Akademie Mode und Design in Hamburg, Germany, and later pursued product and furniture design at the Design Academy Eindhoven in the Netherlands.
In 2011, she moved to New York, where she worked for several companies. Alex has served as the Art Director of Kickstarter and the Design Director of Mother New York.
